Originating from Sao Paulo, Brazil, Netto is an experienced musician, having performed professionally since he was 15 years old. His love of the old classics combined with his own unique touch brings these significant and fantastic songs to life with a modern twist. In 2007 he decided to relocate to London with a wish to share his passion for Bossa,Samba,Forro,Pop rock and learn more about other genres of music.
Growing up in the hometown of Iguape where 6 out of 10 people were either playing an instrument or just born musical, Netto picked up the guitar for the first time at the tender age of nine and started learning from the people around him. At the age of 19 he moved to Sao Paulo capital) and joined the School of Music & Technology where he gained a 1st class degree after five years studying. |

Julia's vocal style is most noticeably akin to the tones and textures that one would associate with a Bossa Nova / Jazz singer. However, her interest in songwriting has developed her voice into a distinct and individual sound. Combined with the beautiful Bossa tones of Netto's guitar, the combination leads to an original marriage of melody and groove.
After years of music study ( Soul, Opera, Jazz, Pop and Gospel ) in her home country of Denmark she completed her education at Vocal Tech in London where she has since resided, exploring the eclectic London music scene. She is currently working around London with " Bossa.Uk " as well as pursuing a recording project writing and producing her own original music. |
